The UCF Police Department revealed a new patrol car this week that displays the agency’s support for Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and reinforces UCFPD’s commitment to getting impaired drivers off the road.

The Dodge Charger 麻豆精品 S檚 color scheme is red, MADD 麻豆精品 S檚 official color, and features the number 麻豆精品 S.08 麻豆精品 S 麻豆精品 S the blood alcohol level considered too drunk to drive for a person age 21 or over.

Ofc. Agustin Gonzalez, a department leader in DUI arrests,聽 will be driving the new car, which will be featured at this weekend’s Walk Like MADD, the largest regional fundraiser in support of MADD.

For the first time, UCF will host the walk on April 29 at Memory Mall. Registration will start at 5 p.m., and the event kicks off at 5:30 p.m.

On average, 27 people in America are killed each day by an impaired driver. MADD 麻豆精品 S檚 efforts and events such as the walk help to raise community awareness about the very real dangers of impaired driving.
